Pagraft is a Zimbabwean-based service/job-based marketplace designed to help you conveniently accomplish various tasks. Our platform connects users with skilled individuals who can provide services or perform tasks, creating a seamless experience for both service providers ("Pagrafters") and service seekers ("Users").

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pagraft. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 16 years of age or older.

To access certain features of Pagraft, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You agree to use Pagraft for lawful purposes only. You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the functioning of the Platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, violating any applicable law, infringing on the rights of others, or engaging in fraudulent or malicious behavior.

Payment for services rendered on Pagraft will be processed through the platform. Users agree to pay the agreed-upon amount for the services provided by Pagrafters. Pagraft may charge fees for the use of certain features, and such fees will be clearly communicated to users.

Your use of Pagraft is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Pagraft Privacy Policy. By using Pagraft, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

The content, logos, and trademarks on Pagraft are owned by or licensed to Pagraft. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

Pagraft reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Pagraft may update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
